Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of a security deposit of £150. We assume you will take reasonable care of the house during your stay. The deposit is NOT applied toward rental cost and will be fully refunded within 14 days of departure providing there is no damage or excessive cleaning required to the property during your stay.
Full payment should be received by us at least two months before arrival. Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer. Details will be given with confirmation of booking.
Cancellations should be notified as soon as possible. Due to difficulty in re-letting, cancellations made within two calendar months of arrival will be liable for full payment. Every effort will be made to re-let and if successful you will be reimbursed in full, less £25 administration costs.
Access to the property is from 15.30 on the day of arrival and we kindly request you depart by 09.30 on your departure day. Please inform us in advance of arrival your ferry times. Demand for ferries can be high and should be booked well in advance. Where there are ferry/plane disruptions, we cannot be held responsible for late or non-arrival at the property and so no refunds will be given.
We cannot accept any liability for personal property whilst in the accommodation.
We recommend you take out relevant travel/holiday insurance.
Our accommodation is strictly non-smoking and pets are not permitted.
